Loyalty Program Terms & Conditions

The RTC Abstracts Loyalty Program is administered by RTC Abstracts, a DBA of Crose Holdings / CROS3 LLC, a Virginia limited liability company ("CROS3 LLC," "we," "us," "our"). Participation in the Loyalty Program is subject to these Terms & Conditions and the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy of rtcabstracts.com.
1. Program Overview
The RTC Abstracts Loyalty Program ("Program") rewards our valued customers with points for purchases and other qualifying activities. Points can be redeemed for discounts, exclusive rewards, and special benefits. By participating in the Program, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
2. Eligibility
To participate in the Loyalty Program, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have a registered account on rtcabstracts.com
- Provide accurate and current contact information
- Reside in a location where the Program is available
- Agree to these Terms and Conditions
Enrollment in the Program is free and automatic upon account creation.
3. Earning Points
Purchase Points
Earn points on qualifying purchases:
- Standard Rate: 1 point per $1 spent
- Bonus Categories: 2 points per $1 on select artwork collections
- Promotional Periods: Enhanced earning rates during special promotions
Bonus Point Opportunities
Earn additional points through various activities:
- Account Creation: 100 bonus points upon first purchase
- Birthday Bonus: 50 points on your birthday month
- Product Reviews: 25 points per approved review
- Social Media Shares: 10 points per qualifying share
- Referrals: 200 points when referred friend makes first purchase
Point Crediting
- Points are credited after payment is confirmed and order is processed
- Points appear in your account within 24-48 hours of qualifying activity
- Bonus points may take up to 7 days to be credited
- Points earned on returned items will be deducted from your balance
4. Membership Tiers
The Program features three membership tiers based on annual spending:
Bronze Tier (Default)
- Requirement: $0 - $499 annual spend
- Benefits: Standard point earning rate, birthday bonus, early sale access
Silver Tier
- Requirement: $500 - $1,499 annual spend
- Benefits: 1.5x point multiplier, free standard shipping, exclusive promotions, priority customer service
Gold Tier
- Requirement: $1,500+ annual spend
- Benefits: 2x point multiplier, free expedited shipping, exclusive artwork previews, dedicated concierge service, annual appreciation gift
Tier Qualification
- Tier status is calculated based on rolling 12-month purchase total
- Tier upgrades are automatic when spending threshold is reached
- Tier benefits activate immediately upon upgrade
- Tier status is reviewed monthly and adjusted as needed
5. Redeeming Points
Redemption Options
Points can be redeemed for:
- Discounts: 100 points = $1 off your purchase (minimum 500 points)
- Free Shipping: 250 points for free standard shipping
- Exclusive Rewards: Special items available only through points redemption
- Charitable Donations: Donate points to partner non-profit organizations
Redemption Process
- Points can be redeemed at checkout or in your account dashboard
- Minimum redemption: 500 points
- Maximum redemption: 50% of order total
- Points cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred to others
- Redeemed points are deducted immediately upon order placement
Restrictions
- Points cannot be applied to taxes, shipping fees, or gift cards
- Points cannot be combined with certain promotional codes
- Points redemption is final and cannot be reversed
- If an order is returned, redeemed points will be reinstated
6. Point Expiration
- Points expire 12 months from the date they are earned
- Oldest points are redeemed first (FIFO - First In, First Out)
- You will receive email notifications 30 days before points expire
- Expired points cannot be reinstated or recovered
- Account activity (purchases or redemptions) does not extend expiration dates
7. Account Management
- View your point balance and transaction history in your account dashboard
- Track your tier status and progress toward the next tier
- Manage your communication preferences for loyalty program updates
- Points are non-transferable between accounts
- Only one account per person is permitted
8. Returns and Refunds
When you return a purchase:
- Points earned from the returned purchase will be deducted from your balance
- If you have already redeemed those points, the equivalent value may be deducted from your refund
- Points redeemed for the returned purchase will be reinstated
- Partial returns result in proportional point adjustments
9. Program Modifications
RTC Abstracts reserves the right to:
- Modify point earning rates with 30 days notice
- Change tier requirements and benefits with reasonable notice
- Add or remove redemption options
- Modify or discontinue the Program with 60 days notice
- Adjust point values or expiration policies
Material changes will be communicated via email and posted on our website. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of changes.
10. Program Termination
Voluntary Withdrawal
You may withdraw from the Program at any time by:
- Contacting customer service to close your account
- All unredeemed points will be forfeited upon withdrawal
- Tier benefits will be immediately terminated
Involuntary Termination
We reserve the right to terminate your participation for:
- Fraudulent activity or abuse of the Program
- Violation of these Terms or our Terms of Service
- Creating multiple accounts to gain unfair advantage
- Misuse of promotional codes or point earning opportunities
Upon termination, all points and benefits will be forfeited without compensation.
11. Fraud Prevention
To maintain Program integrity, we:
- Monitor accounts for suspicious activity
- Reserve the right to audit point transactions
- May delay point crediting pending fraud review
- Will void points obtained through fraudulent means
- May pursue legal action for fraudulent activity
12. Limitations of Liability
RTC Abstracts, a DBA of Crose Holdings / CROS3 LLC, is not responsible for:
- Technical issues preventing point earning or redemption
- Unauthorized access to your account
- Points lost due to account closure or expiration
- Changes to Program terms or benefits
- Discontinuation of the Program
Loyalty points have no cash value and do not constitute property. Points and rewards are offered by RTC Abstracts, a DBA of Crose Holdings / CROS3 LLC.
13. Tax Implications
Loyalty points and rewards may have tax implications depending on your jurisdiction. You are responsible for reporting and paying any applicable taxes on the value of redeemed rewards. We recommend consulting with a tax professional if you have questions.
14. Privacy
Participation in the Loyalty Program is subject to our Privacy Policy, which applies to RTC Abstracts, a DBA of Crose Holdings / CROS3 LLC. We collect and use your purchase history, point activity, and tier status to administer the Program and provide personalized benefits. You may opt out of marketing communications while remaining enrolled in the Program.
15. Disputes
Any disputes regarding point balances, tier status, or Program terms should be directed to customer service. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes fairly. Final decisions regarding point adjustments or account status rest with RTC Abstracts.
16. Governing Law
These Loyalty Program Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia and are incorporated by reference into our Terms of Service.
