RTC Abstracts Privacy Policy

Effective date: Effective on the date this Privacy Policy is first publicly published at https://rtcabstracts.com.

RTC Abstracts is operated by CROS3 LLC d/b/a RTC Abstracts ("RTC Abstracts," "we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information in connection with the RTC Abstracts portfolio website (the "Site").

1. Scope of This Policy

This Policy applies to the Site as it is made publicly available. RTC v1 is a portfolio-first website for presenting photographic artwork and related informational creative/design services. The Site does not currently offer active checkout, payment processing, customer accounts, loyalty features, analytics, advertising tracking, public user-generated content, contact-form submission, or production application email delivery.

2. Information You Choose to Provide

As currently configured, the Site does not provide an active form or other automated submission channel through which visitors can send personal information. The Site also does not provide customer-account registration, purchase checkout, or a general website email-contact workflow.

If a future version of the Site makes a contact channel, commerce service, account feature, analytics capability, advertising feature, or another submission feature available, we may update this Policy before or when that capability is activated to describe the information involved and any applicable choices.

3. Limited Technical Information Processed When You Visit the Site

Like most websites, the infrastructure used to deliver and protect the Site may process limited technical request information when a browser requests a page or media file. This information may include an IP address, browser or device information supplied by the browser, requested URL, date and time of request, referral information if supplied by the browser, response status, and security or error information.

RTC Abstracts uses this limited information only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, maintain, troubleshoot, and protect the Site. RTC v1 does not use this technical information to create behavioral advertising profiles or to operate an analytics program.

Ordinary technical access, error, and security logs are retained for 30 days, unless a longer period is reasonably necessary for a specific security incident, incident response, legal obligation, dispute, or preservation requirement.

4. Cookies and Similar Technologies

RTC v1 does not use analytics cookies, advertising cookies, marketing pixels, or behavioral tracking technologies. The Site does not provide authenticated accounts or a login feature that would require account-session cookies.

Browsers or infrastructure may use limited technical mechanisms necessary to request, deliver, cache, or secure Site content. If RTC Abstracts later activates analytics, advertising, accounts, preferences, commerce, or another feature that materially changes cookie or similar-technology use, we will update this Policy and, where appropriate, provide any required notice or choice before or when that change takes effect.

5. Analytics and Advertising Tracking

RTC v1 does not operate analytics or advertising tracking. We do not currently use the Site to create cross-context behavioral advertising profiles, deliver targeted advertising, or measure visitor behavior through an analytics provider.

6. Contact, Accounts, and Commerce

The Site does not currently accept contact-form submissions, offer customer accounts, or process transactions. Shopify, payments, checkout, order processing, fulfillment, refunds, customer accounts, favorites, and loyalty features are deferred.

If any such feature is later activated, RTC Abstracts may publish additional or revised privacy information and separate transaction terms before or when that feature becomes available.

7. How We Share Information

Because RTC v1 does not collect contact submissions, operate accounts, or process commerce, the Site does not currently share visitor-submitted contact, account, or transaction information through those features.

We may disclose limited technical information when reasonably necessary to operate or secure the Site; to comply with applicable law, lawful process, or enforceable governmental request; to protect the rights, safety, and property of RTC Abstracts, CROS3 LLC, visitors, or others; or in connection with a corporate transaction involving CROS3 LLC, subject to applicable law.

8. Service Providers and Third-Party Services

Infrastructure and service providers may process limited technical information on RTC Abstracts’ behalf as necessary to host, secure, and deliver the Site. RTC Abstracts does not publicly enumerate hosting, infrastructure, database, CDN, DNS, security, or other providers for RTC v1 unless disclosure is legally required, a provider contract requires it, or CROS3 LLC later explicitly approves a public provider or subprocessor list.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services. Those third parties operate under their own privacy practices, and this Policy does not govern their content or activities.

9. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures appropriate to the portfolio-first nature of RTC v1 to protect the Site and the limited technical information processed in its operation. No internet transmission or system can be guaranteed completely secure. Visitors should use appropriate care when using the internet and should not rely on an unavailable Site contact channel to transmit sensitive information.

10. Retention

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including Site operation, security, troubleshooting, legal compliance, and dispute protection. Ordinary technical access, error, and security logs follow the 30-day default stated in Section 3, subject to the specific exceptions stated there.

11. Children’s Privacy

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and RTC v1 does not knowingly collect personal information from children through accounts, contact forms, commerce, or other active submission features. If we learn that personal information has been collected from a child in a manner requiring action under applicable law, we will take appropriate steps to address it.

12. Changes to This Policy

RTC Abstracts may revise this Policy when the Site changes, including if future contact, commerce, account, analytics, advertising, or integration capabilities are activated. When we make a material change, we will post the updated Policy with a revised effective date and provide any additional notice required by applicable law.

13. Privacy Contact
